Study Contract
Commonwealth and State Legislations govern the study contract between the Student and Academies Australasia Polytechnic. For international students, additional regulatory requirements apply. As such, Academies Australasia Polytechnic, through its policies and procedures, upholds the provision of these legislations particularly in relation to the following jurisdictions:

  • National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011
  • Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011
  • The Workplace Relations Act (Sex Discrimination Act
  • The ESOS Act
  • The Equal Opportunity Act 2010
  • Privacy Regulations
  • Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • National Code of Practice for Providers of Education Services to Overseas Students
Academies Australasia Polytechnic may vary such conditions of enrolment and/or operations as may be necessary to comply with Commonwealth and State Legislations.
Academies Australasia Polytechnic operate in accordance with a government regulated quality assurance approach. All qualifications issued by Academies Australasia Polytechnic are recognized within the Australian Qualifications Framework and are issued under the authority of the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (for VET) or Tertiary Education Quality Standards Authority (for higher education).

The qualifications or Statements of Attainment issued by Academies Australasia Polytechnic will be recognized by all other training providers under the provisions of "Mutual Recognition" of nationally accredited qualifications, which apply throughout Australia.

The degree and testamur issued by AAPoly are recognized by tertiary education providers and universities for credits into other undergraduate degrees or entry into post graduate education.
