    Enrolment Advice – ALL Students

    Compulsory Enrolment:

    27th June 2016 - 1st July 2016, 10am – 4pm (Monday – Friday)

    Location: Level 7, 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne 

    Please bring the following with you to enrolment:

    1. AAPoly student ID card (Continuing Students)
    2. Passport and Visa
    3. Oversea Student Health Cover (OSHC) Card (if applicable)
    4. One passport photo (for New students only)
    5. Your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)
    6. Proof of payment or readiness to pay, as per your Letter of Offer
    7. Refundable deposit of AUD$100 for an access card (for New Student only)
    8. If your Letter of Offer is conditional, please bring all of the documents required as per the offer.

    • Enrolment will take approximately 1 hour.
    • If you fail to enrol/re-enrol, your COE will be cancelled and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) will be notified of the cancellation.
    • If you are unable to attend the scheduled enrolment / orientation, or if you require further information, please contact us via emal applications@aapoly.edu.au
    • As a student, you are required to attend the classes. Please be punctual.
