Before applying for a FedUni program at AAPoly, it is important you are aware of the entry requirements for successful enrolment. As an international student, you must apply and obtain your Student Visa. AGE
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the proposed commencement of their FedUni program study at AAPoly located in Melbourne City. For more information, Contact Us.
FINANCIALS
International students are required to demonstrate and/or declare that they have genuine access to sufficient funds to be granted a Student visa.
Federation University Australia requires international students to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover these expenses for the first year in Australia.

ACADEMIC ENTRY
Vocational & Undergraduate Academic Entry Requirements
Prospective students must have completed Australian Year 12 or overseas equivalent.
Postgraduate Academic Entry Requirements
Prospective students must have completed Australian Bachelor’s Degree or overseas equivalent.
ENGLISH ENTRY
Vocational English Entry Requirements
Overall academic IELTS score of 5.5 (with no band less than 5.0) or equivalent.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate English Entry Requirements
Overall academic IELTS score of 6.0 (with no band less than 6.0) or equivalent.
Without meeting English Language requirements, students can first study General English and Academic Preparation programs (EAP) at Academies Australasia Polytechnic (AAPoly).
The English preparation programs at AAPoly aim to enhance and develop students' English language skills for entry to undergraduate and postgraduate degree studies.
CREDITS
Students with post-school qualifications (e.g. Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas) may be considered for admission with advanced standing or credit (recognition of prior learning).
The amount of advanced standing will not normally exceed more than half of FedUni course concerned.
